Dr Christa McKirland came to New Zealand and Carey Baptist College six years ago, with a Templeton Grant and a few ideas about Science Engaged Theology. She is leaving in a few months to return to the United States. We chat to her about her time here, what she has learned, her current thinking about SET, and what she is going back to.

Dr McKirland is Dean of Faculty and a lecturer in Systematic Theology at Carey Baptist College. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Logia International, which seeks to support women who are pursuing postgraduate theological education.
